I recently spent a week at this resort, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was genuinely attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to help. The restaurant served excellent food every day, but it would be nice to have more vegan options. The location is tucked away from the busy areas of West Bay, providing a nice balance of privacy and access to the beach, although some areas can get crowded with tourists. Overall, I loved my stay and can't wait to return, despite a couple of minor hiccups.
